The lobby was dirty, with tables that were unkempt and floors littered with trash. We sat at the only somewhat clean table and hoped the staff would come out to tidy up since they were just standing around with no other customers in sight. But, sadly, that never happened.

Unfortunately, I discove... read more I visited this restaurant through the drive-thru while traveling. I always request no mustard because it's hard to remove once it's on. Unfortunately, I discovered there was mustard on my Krystals when I got my order. This meant I had to park and go inside, which I dislike, especially in the rain, with my two dogs waiting in the car. I can't get Krystals in North Carolina, where I live, so I make a point to stop whenever I'm in Georgia. Thankfully, the staff handled the situation well. My new Krystals were fresh and delicious. I understand everyone can have off days, and I really appreciated that the team made me a new order without making me feel uncomfortable about it.

Got home and first four were great, well the bo... read more My lord all I can say Folks of Calhoun, avoid this place like a plague. Ordered 12 Krystal cheese in drive thru. Got home and first four were great, well the bottom 8 were ice cold, hard as a brick and cheese was even dark orange from sitting so long. What a waste of money absolutely ridiculous. So I paid 20$ for four Krystals. . If this was a one time thing I wouldn't be so upset. My bad for going there in the first place. Never again will this local Krystal's ever get another dollar from me. You've lost my business indefinitely not that you even care.
