Domino's Pizza - Calhoun

I always love this place and especially their Philly cheesesteaks and their pasta the other day I ordered I had one slice of meat on my philly so today I'm trying to get my free sandwich and the rudeness of the customer service while I just don't understand..

Placed curbside order took over hour and even when order did finally say ready no one ever bring it had to go in store and plenty of help in

So at first the driver made a mistake and my family thought our money went down the drain but the driver realized his mistake later and we got it settled so problems with the beginning but the end ended good.

Love the pizza, handmade, my boys love them.Parking: The employees there are great! Love to watch them making the handmade pizza.

We have been having issues with this store location for a while now. We order the same thing every time. Medium handpan pizza with garlic sauce extra pepperoni extra cheese and feta with Buffalo sauce. Another medium pizza thin crust BBQ chicken with extra BBQ and extra cheese. Sometimes we add cheese sticks. But they always miss the Buffalo sauce and when the problem is addressed they end up remaking it and putting way too much Buffalo. However this last time not only did they miss the Buffalo sauce but also completely got my thin crust pizza wrong and I was givin a thin crust pepperoni pizza with red sauce and banana peppers. I called the store and got hung up on 3 times before finally getting ahold of a manager ?. I told him about our order being wrong and he told me they could remake it. Which was fine until he told me we would have to pick it up in an hour. We had it delivered for a reason, so that wasn't an option for us. After all of the hassle we just ultimately decided to never do business with this company again. I just wanted to share our experience with others so they know what to expect from such an unorganized restaurant with a sour attitude with customers. We love domino's as a whole but this location specifically has gone downhill the past couple years. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try a get food from here if you are wanting something specially made. Hope this helps others in the future.
