If you're out of tartar sauce, it should be clearly communicated by the speaker. Making someone wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to inform them that you're out of tartar after they've already paid is unacceptable.

The food and service were both enjoyable. However, the restaurant could benefit from a bit more cleaning, including sweeping and clearing the tables.

Edit: I saw the owner's response. I did reach out through the Captain D's website, but I haven't received any feedback yet. I understand it might take some time. Edit: It's been several days since I contacted the Captain D's website, and I haven't heard back. Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed.

We usually get the senior discounted SPECIALS. They were very busy but so accommodating and fast. Country style fish my favorite and broccoli cooked perfectly not mushy.

Food was okay. Not exceptional but okay. Workers were very nice and helpful. Menu is kind of hard to read. There are large color pictures of some items so it is easy to miss items that are only in writing. For instance, I was trying to decide on a side. I ordered corn and my wife asked if I didn't want fries. I told her fries were not on the menu, then the cashier turned and pointed them out on the menu. I had completely missed them because I thought that all items were pictured. The building is older and could use a complete overhaul.
