Start with, the store was having issues but the window clerk Wesley was wonderful. Wesley has excellent customer service skills. He was a great catch for arbys. Picked up supper drive thru. Tried the big game burger I believe it's called. I like the flavor of meat. The sauce onion thingies masked all the meat flavor. I'll get it plain next time.
The manager on duty this morning didn’t know how to use a coupon and was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Smh. The dining area was so dirty and everyone in there was just playing around.
They really don't want to give out a cup of Au jus sauce. That's disappointing.
I just moved here and wanted a classic childhood taste that Hardee’s abandoned and the first time was great and then there was the second time that I took my girlfriend. That trip was that all the tables were dirty. The men’s bathroom looked like a guy tried peeing from the door tried to hit the toilet. My keen’s still sound squeaky from walking on ****.
We submitted an order online and for it to be ready by a certain time. We got there, and they said they never got the order until just then (at the time we requested food be done by). Then they said they were out of fries and cheese sticks and refused to give us a refund. Said we needed to request a refund how we ordered (online). I checked out as a guest and my email confirmation doesn’t give you the option to request a refund. So we asked for extra food to accommodate and they barely gave us extra fries. Mind you, they stated they didn’t have fries in the first place. Management and staff were very unprofessional and made it clear that they couldn’t care less. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of accommodation.
