After placing my order, I drove around and waited another 10 minutes to rec... read more I went through the drive-thru around 2 PM and waited at the intercom for 10 minutes. After placing my order, I drove around and waited another 10 minutes to receive it. When I got home, I discovered that half of my order was incorrect. The fries were cold and undercooked, and the large cup wasn’t even half full. The only good thing I had was the sweet tea. Overall, customer service was just lackluster.
