Contribute Feedback What AkoSiAys doesn't like about Cafe Nunes:
As this is the only coffee plantation in Europe, this is exotic. The cafe is quite far but the view along the way is nice. The coffee is good but not really so different. Quite expensive so I did not buy to take home. Their pastries are good though. View all feedback.
Unique place to taste coffee grown on the islands of the Azores. Taste was really soft and the owner arranged us private tour to his plantation. They also make handmade carpets that are unique
Great coffee. Great pastries. Great people. A nice little tour. Local craftsmanship. Definitely worth the visit!
Unique place to try coffee grown in Azores islands the only place in Europe where it grows. Taste was really soft and the owner arranged us private tour to his plantation. They also make hand made carpets which are unique
It is definitely the one and only place in Europe! Being the only coffee plantation in Europe, not only Cafe Nunes makes coffee, but also various unique artesian craft. It is a small plantation growing enough coffee to have a small coffee shop where everything is done by one family. They work at the coffee shop, grow coffee, roast it and make a small tour around. When you are there, you truly understand what does it mean a family business made with love. I wish there were more places like that in the world, it would make it a better place
This is a local family doing their coffee and explaining the process. We were lucky to have Dina showing us around and taking the time to explain every single detail on how do they make their coffee. Make sure you also try their Queijada de Inhame
