Wendy's - Calgary

This location produces good food, but there is ALWAYS something wrong with our order items missed, special requests not fulfilled (i.e. no sauces on a burger), etc. The staff quickly passes the food through the drive thru window, but scatter quickly so it is almost impossible to get anyone's attention to correct anything and the receipt is never included, so we can't even get anything that's missed. With the dining rom closed, there is no option to walk in either. We have been Wendy's customers for MANY years, but are looking for some place else that will look after their customers better.

This is near my work. I like the service from the friendly staff at the drive though window. The order is always correct and hot. The food is standard burgher and fries.

I have a soft spot in my heart (and probably some hardened arteries) for Dave Thomas and his Wendy's chain.

With the 58th Ave location not being open late, this is my go-to location to grab a couple of JBC's after work on my way to a poker game at my brother's

Is it seriously hard to get orders right? Ordered a poutine and a classic asiago chicken. She even asked if I wanted spicy, I said no, classic. Well I got home and got a small poutine, the cup was half empty, just a handful of fries, couple cheese curds and that was it, next to no gravy. I got spicy chicken even though I specifically said not spicy and I'm sure they couldn't get that chicken any thinner. Pathetic and disgraceful that they not only can get your order right, but can't fill the containers properly. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Fed up with not getting the correct order and getting ripped off. Won't be back.
