The cafeteria-style ordering may be off-putting, but the appetizers are delicious. However, the mains lack flavor and quality, disappointing some diners. Despite this, the restaurant's bright atmosphere, friendly service, and fresh ingredients keep some patrons satisfied. Others enjoy the unique ordering process and the fantastic food, especially for breakfast. Overall, Via Cibo provides a decent dining experience, with room for improvement in consistency and flavor.
