Was Stephen Griffiths at Tim Hortons a mag?
The dining room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and quick to take our order. They also said thank you to which I don't hear from any other Tim Hortons establishments. We were very pleased and returned 4 days later. We got the same great service ???. We'll return again again again and again ??This is be our favorite Timmy's now. One thing I forgot to add. What Andrew dislikes about Tim Hortons:
Terrible customer service. Forget about the phrase first come, first served. I was forced to wait to order until another customer arrived in the opposite drive-thru lane, ordered, and then pulled to the window. Then I proceeded to still wait until they felt like taking my order at the drive-thru speaker. Needless to say, I ordered nothing and when to a different Tim's. I will not be back to this one ever. Fastest service ever! Just ordered and only one in line, by the time got to window order was ready,even before I paid.
It is time for me to finally leave a review for this restaurant as I have been ignored many times in the past. I have a very restricted diet and usually order a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. However, I always have to pay extra for cream cheese and they never put enough on the bagel. I have attached pictures for reference. The customer service is also very poor.
