I love this Tim Hortons. Thank you for putting the on my xlarge double double, it made me smile and it tasted great. Love coming to this location even when the drive through line is a bit longer, at least it is open unlike others that put crates in their drive through almost every night. Good selection. Karan that works here is exceptional, everyone else is rude and does not care about the customers experience whatsoever. I asked for a coupon to be honored because I made a mistake on the mobile order the customer service person laughed at me. View all feedback.
There's always like 6 employees standing in the back.. 1 person working the till and serving the customers.. I'm not sure what the rest of the employees do there.
Stops serving turkey bacon club on uber eats after 5pm? Why on earth would you stop serving a sandwich at 5pm??? Also for the love of God don't make the whole menu dissapear for ads. I'm already in the damn store, you don't need to advertise to me. I need to see the menu.
Slow and not enough employees. Go there to pick up orders not ready and hasn't been made this is all the time. And especially when I'm the only one im there
Always lackluster food and service.Employees and more interested each others conversations than actually doing their job.Rushing to make food to go back to the conversations is common.
This is one of the WORST tim hortons, I feel like all tim hortons are dropping the ball on quality and care. Everytime I order an ice cap, they make it however they want, doesn't matter what I ask for. Just ordered a turkey bacon club, no turkey, just mayo, lettuce and bacon. Avoid this tim hortons or all of them if you can.
