Swiss Chalet continues to offer great value for money. We dined there today and the food was tasty and the service was top-notch. What User doesn't like about Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill:
My wife and I were disappointed with both the food and service during our latest visit. We ordered the chicken with the special sauces. My wife's fries were sadly not fresh - dare I say like they were yesterday's leftovers? When we asked for a fresh replacement they brought out today's heat lamp special. I think we had leftovers. chicken dry and stringy, bun stale, disappointing We used to love it for fresh hot food. Understaffed.
Had take-out many times when they had coupon specials but recently they seem to have stopped the specials. Food quality was still good last time we ate there but a little pricey.
Unfortunately we had a horrible experience here. The one in the NE off of 52nd and Mcnight Blvd. Chicken wings were not fully cook. The rest of them were all rubbery. The beef was not good at all either. My kids liked the kids meals but both my husband and I were not happy at all. The service was good but the manager was not the nicest.
I really enjoy Swiss chalet so yummy the chicken is the best when you are wanting comfort food I don't really order anything else cause the other food isn't
This is my second time visiting Swiss Chalet with the first visit being at their Memorial Dr location and comparing the two, the Shawnessy location looked
