I went there after a month or so and was surprised to see that the unit has been completely revamped, new flooring, seating etc. The staff was super courteous, mine was a veggie patty. The lady made my sub exactly like the way I wanted it to be, even after I asked her for a lot of customization. Looking forward to more visits in the future. Good job! Been coming to this store for a year, 3-4 times a month. Applied coupon in app for buy foot long get two cookies free. Got to store and they wouldn't honor coupon for free cookies cause it didn't show up on order ticket. Tried to explain that app is garbage and that they should honor coupon but they still wouldn't. This is trash. When you have more bread than any of the fillings. If you're not going to run your business properly, don't run it at all... You make the name look bad. You should pay people to eat this pitiful excuse for service. You say you have a lettuce shortage, so what's your excuse for this? Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Maintenance is terrible, normally can not explain what is included in the sandwich, that the toping can be chosen, communications with the buyer is zero, it is not worth his money at all, the terrible impression, we will never be back again Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
Very expensive subway. I went to this one while I was in the area and got my regular sub. Was surprised when the cashier said over $2 more than the same item at my local subway. Buyer beware I guess. I will check other stores nearby next time and not assume all stores are the same price.
