Pizza Hut - Calgary

All you can eat pizza, salad plus more for $7.95 per person self service luncheon. Fast refill and reasonably good service.

Great Dine in Pizza Buffet. Used to go to other locations when they were open, not sure why PH decided to close the restaurants in favor of takeout/delivery. great family friendly place

I could go on and on for pages about the bad customer service I've received from this location. I've had delivery drivers not have change for a $20 bill and try and take $9 as a tip, and then argue with me about it. I've had a rude driver that forgot my drinks and refused to go get them. I've had cold food for pick up and delivery. I witnessed a manager dismiss her employees when they asked for help and hang up on a customer that had called to complain while I was waiting for my food. The same manager openly talked badly about customers to her employees while other customers were listening. My list goes on and on.From the poor training, to lack of knowledge, to terrible customer service, this restaurant is not one I enjoy going to. In fact, I had stopped going for 2 years but decided to give it another chance to find it unchanged. I will not be returning.

The service was excellent, the food met Pizza Hut standards. The venue needs some overhaul. Broken or ripped cushions, carpeting in poor condition and washrooms very dated and in need of repair.

I have not been to a Pizza Hut in ages and yet our friends assured us we would not be disappointed. When we arrived at about 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon there was no one, I mean no one seated in the restaurant area. I am thinking this is a bad sign.Our friends assured us again we would enjoy the meal. Trusting them implicitly we order up the our lunch. They has a special that four could eat for $30. How good could that be??We were very pleasantly surprised how good and fast it was. We had breadsticks, wings and two two-topping pizzas. Don't forget the cinnaparts to top it off. This was such a great deal and we enjoyed the food too and still took home over half a pizza.The take out window must be how they stay in business.
