The space itself could use some attention—the bricks below the front window are crumbling, and the dining area felt dusty. A thorough cleaning and some repairs would greatly improve the atmosphere. We called ahead and were told our pizza would be ready in 20–25 minutes, but when we arrived, it hadn’t even been started. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes. The owner kindly offered us a slice from the warmer while we waited, but it had been sitting there for six hours and was cold, which wasn’t very appetizing. When the pizza finally arrived, the crust was chewy. The toppings tasted fresh but were quite sparse. The owner mentioned “protein levels,” but the amount of toppings was only about half what you’d typically expect. Unfortunately, the worst part was that I felt sick after eating the pizza and was up three times during the night, which I can’t overlook. I hope the business improves because there is potential, but right now, it needs more consistency in food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
