Papa John's Pizza Copperfield - Calgary

Consistently horrible food quality. Every time I order for delivery the drivers never follow delivery instructions.Edit: called the store several times to get this discount they promised and everyone says I'm out to lunch and have no idea what I'm talking about. Awful service.

We’ve had this pizza quite a few times. It’s pretty good for a franchise restaurant. Personally our family’s favorite of any of the big pizza franchises. Our favorites are the the 6 cheese pizza and the big chocolate chip cookie.

The customer service here does not exist. I meant to apply a discount code on the app or at the very least the points I had on file, but the order went through without a confirmation. Since I had not paid I assumed I could go into the store and just ask for the discount code or my points to be applied. Wrong. Apparently I’m supposed to call the store and cancel my order, then make another order under the same name and account, not that the app tells you that anywhere. The staff tell you to call a number and the people there tell you to talk to the staff so no one will accept any sort of ownership with their app issues.

Worst wanna be pizza in my life ...breadsticks werent even cooked properly..pizza crust was non existent..paper thin...will never order again

Pretty average experience. Pizza was ok, service was, ok, atmosphere was ok.....all in all, it was ok. Not amazing, not great, not bad, just ok.
