Papa John's Pizza - Calgary

Papa John 's is cheap and edible. I am personally not a fan of the pizza. I have ordered many times because my daughter likes it and it 's one of the cheaper places to get pizza. I would say that 3/4 of the time there is something wrong from missing toppingto raw dough to completely wrong pizza. Our most recent order I asked for well done and my pizzas were not well done at all.There was gooey dough in the center (which I loathe). I also asked for mushrooms on half the pizza and there were mushrooms onliterally 2 pieces. The service when picking up is neither good nor bad. It 's usually a quick here 's your pizza and here 's yourmoney . They never chat or anything while waiting for the payment to go through. But they aren 't rude or anything. Papa John 'sis 1 more mess up away from us never ordering from them again.

Awful. I understand cooks are people too; i just didn?t expect customer service to be so awful when I called and nicely asked to exchange my wings for chicken poppers. I was interrogated about my complaint. I was told that I don?t know what a chicken wingtastes like. I was too embrassed to even ask for a refund on my pizza, because it was terrible too. Not fresh at all, the cheesein the crust was terrible it all got thrown out. And the manager was so rude. I decided to get a refund instead becayse I didn?teven want any more food from there. Also don?t get the garlic Parmesan wings unless you bring a towel because they leak throughthe box and there is oil everywhere First time ever ordering there, and never will again.

We frequent this location for large parties, and the quality has been fairly consistent and acceptable. Occasionally some pizzas are a little under done, which I assume is because our order is a large quantity 6+ pizzas generally. They're prettyfast though. Papa John's is generally more expensive than other chains though, so your bang for buck depends if you are usingdeals/loyalty program. Good if it's close to you.

Got 2 hairs in my pizza and when I called to ask about it I got hung up on! Very inappropriate.

Garlic knots were dripping with hot butter and enough melted butter on the bottom of the box to dip them in.. YUM
