Delicious, very good food! Just down there is a little pricier... I have to use the 3 item food plus rice and well pop. costs about 16-17$. If you like Chinese food, you will like this. Also not a waiter to serve you at the table, but free beverage refills. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
From the reviews I'd heard, I was expecting more. I ordered the orange chicken (signature dish) and the flavor was a little bland, but the flavor it did have was good, just not bold enough. Dushes were very fresh, but not packing a punch. Prices very reasonable for portion sizes compared to similar competitors. View all feedback.
Every time I come here there’s some sort of issue. One time they closed an hour early because it wasn’t busyOften times they’re out of items like Beijing Beef or Orange Chicken which I believe is the main draw Or the food is super old and coagulatedThey’ve also been increasingly stingy with their portions. The staff looks terrified to serve the food as if they’ve been reprimanded in the past for giving one piece of chicken too much.Won’t come back here. The value for the price is no longer there. This franchise owner needs to get ahold of his restaurant. You’re failing buddy
Food is average. Entree Portions are small (a little bigger than sample size) they were out of certain entrees 90 mins before closing. Sadly the entree I wanted to try they didn't have. For the cost I expected more.
Food was good. Not great, manageable Chinese food. The food are made fresh and served when you get there except something runs out. Not very large quantities. The family size said to feed 5/6 can only feed 3. So I usually buy an extra side. So go the family size at 45, and an extra side for 7.5 or so for 5. Beef broccoli was good. Orange chicken was good too. I had chow mein too.Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah
For what it is, it's a 5 star for us. We go to Panda Express, expecting exactly what we get. It's a great place to get food quickly and easily. Yes they're busy often, but that is usually expected as well. Service is overall great, food is always good and atmosphere is nice.
There were only about half of the food options out, the other half were empty or scraps of food left, not enough to fill an order. The person serving us had such a bad attitude, no hi, no what can I get you, just stood there miserable looking at us like we’re a huge inconvenience, I asked her if more food was coming out and she said “I don’t know what they’re cooking right now”. Well there are three people behind her cooking multiple plates to be brought out, but instead of simply turning around to look or heaven forbid ASK what dishes they’re cooking. She just stared at us. So we ordered from what was out there. She packs up both of our orders, and we go to the till to pay and she stays there, packing up more orders (we are the only ones in line, so a skip order I presume) so we have to sit and wait until she decides to ring us up. I politely asked her if we can pay for our food, but again, we’re being a huge inconvenience apparently. We finally get to pay, No cutlery, no would you like a drink, no napkins. Just all around bad service. The portions were small, they charge you extra for their “premium” entrees, and it was a scoop less than that of a regular soup ladle, the entrees tasted fine. But the noodles were disgusting! Crusty and flavourless, like they had been sitting there for hours. TotalWaste of time and money. This was my third and last time at this location.
