I am impressed with Kentucky Fried Chicken. Tonight, I actually received the product I ordered.
I spent my entire lunch break waiting for a bowl of mashed potatoes. It wasn't until I said something that they finally made my bowl, and it took a whole 30 minutes.
My child accidentally knocked over a drink, and when we requested a replacement, the store manager refused to help us and approached us in a hostile manner. This was very disappointing and reflected poor customer service. It's surprising that a large company like KFC couldn't provide a drink. My child had been asking for a drink the entire time. It's a shame.
