Over the weekend me and my family decides that we wanted to change where we went for sushi, and we stumbled upon Kabuku. The shoe she was most excellent, by far the greatest sushi I've had in Calgary. Even with the hefty price tag it was all well worth it! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kabuku Downtown:
This restaurant has a nice layout and an average view of downtown. The menus are uniquely designed so u can mark out what u want with an erasable pen so ordering is made easy. The sushi is ok but not that impressive. The sake sashimi was the best. The miso soup could've had more tofu in it. View all feedback.
Very low quality, grocery store level sushi. Would not recommend going here. It caters to the corporate business lunch crowd.
What a great place to eat sushi! Friendly staff, efficient service and delicious food. I would've taken a pic but I started eating as soon as my food was delivered. Would highly recommend!
Kabuki Downtown is a world class sushi experience with a Calgary Vibe. Their bottomless Green Tea heals the Soul. The Prawn Scallop Mushroom Onion Appie is Heaven on earth. All the fish is perfectly prepared. Love this joint. GO!
I've been eating sushi with Hiro and his team back from the Penny Lane days, hands down my favourate sushi restaurant ever! The staff is amazing, the seafood is fresh, the rolls are unique and the Sapporo is ice cold, what more do you want? Side note: If you ever get a chance to attend a private sushi making class with the Kabuku team, I highly recommend it. A lot of fun, especially when Hiro pulls his guitar off the wall and sings to the crowd,, all about SUSHI!
A very elegant restaurant with a wide variety of sushi and alike dishes. Service was friendly, the food was very delicious and well presented. I came in just after the lunch rush, so it was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
