Jugo Juice - Calgary

Just walked over and door was locked. Need to update Google hours.

I spent 30 dollars on a smoothie. Grilled cheese and Yogurt parfait. Grilled cheese was the worst thing I’ve ever paid for ?my parfait only had blue berries in it? Do better Jugo juice. If I went to Starbucks at least the food would have been good

Jugo Juice really needs to reconsider its name. This location doesn't actually serve juice, despite it being listed on the menu board. What a disappointment!

Seriously the fastest, friendliest, and most smiley, kind staff at any Jugo Juice I've been to. Never a wait for your drinks

This is not the first time my Uber Eats order was screwed up. This time, I ordered a Taro Dreams and they gave me something else. Taro Dreams is my regular Jugo Juice drink (normally outside Uber Eats) so I KNOW this is not Taro Dreams. The drink was white, not purple from the taro. Also, worse is that they didn't even give me a bubble tea straw! See my photo for the thin straw they gave me. The tapiocas kept clogging up inside this thin non-bubble tea straw so not only were the tapiocas stuck, the liquid was also stuck. I could not drink from this!!I then called the location all day and nobody answered the phone! I called other Jugo Juice locations and they answered the phone. They were nice about it but told me ultimately, only Inglewood could help me. If other Jugo Juice locations can answer their phones, why can't this one? They are the same company so are on the same boat.To the owner, please look up my info from Uber Eats and call me. Please don't ask me to call you because like I said, I tried but nobody would pick up! I would also like to tell you about the other times that my order was screwed up with nobody wanting to help when I tried to call.
