Tennessee and Stephanie were the employees of the Frontthek very friendly. I loved chicken joy spaghetti and peach mango cake, the restaurant was very clean inside and outside. I'll be back soon. Health protection protocols were also enforced strictly for the safety of all. View all feedback.
What Dievyan Sundararaja doesn't like about Jollibee:
It's a Jollibee, if you know, you know! But it's definitely pricier than your average KFC or McDonalds.Im not sure what they did, but the sauce from the burger steaks that we ordered had leaked all over the paper bag they gave. This is not their fault, I probably shifted stuff. But the chicken that also came in the bag had no crisp. Perhaps the saddest thing to see when ordering crispy fried chicken. I don't think th... For families, the restaurant is very kid-friendly. They provide high chairs for toddlers and family booths that comfortably accommodate four people, with space for one or two high chairs at the end of the table. In terms of accessibility, the doors are automatic and wide enough for wheelchairs, and there are no stairs to navigate. The layout of the diner allows for easy movement, and the restrooms are also wheelchair accessible. They've done an excellent job ensuring accessibility for everyone.
I absolutely love Jollibee's chicken; we haven't gone back to KFC since trying it! I'm really glad to see that they hired a Black employee, which shows their commitment to diversity. However, I can understand how she might feel uncomfortable since everyone else speaks their native language, making her feel a bit isolated. Personally, I don't think I would work there unless I were Filipino, but overall, it's a great place!
The restaurant was crowded, and I waited by the drinking fountain. After about five minutes, the cashier asked if I was waiting to order. I explained that I was just waiting for my order. She then directed me to wait in the dining area, but I pointed out that there were no available seats. I asked her if she expected me to stand next to the tables where other customers were eating. If they don't want customers waiting, they should put up a sign. The restaurant's design is quite poor.
I love spicy its been a long time since I last eat there spicy chicken before its just like a powder chili sprinkled in the chicken now they injected it inside the chicken and not that good I don't recommend it unless you love this kind of spiciness..
WORST TREATMENT EVER AS A POLITE PAYING CUSTOMER !!!!I have to start off by saying this was the worst Experience at a food establishment ! The order went fine when I arrived I was greeted, and my order was taken. They gave me a buzzer, then told me to wait for it, to go off. This is where the problems started. I waited for 15min for it to go off, and it did not go off. I was noticing people coming in and getting their food before I got mine. Now 20min has gone by for me to be waiting on a chicken sandwich fries and an apple pie .I asked the manager what was going on (Very politely I might add) she told me they were waiting on fries. I said ok and waited a little longer. Then the manager told me she was very sorry, and she would pay for my meal excluding the drink that I drank waiting for my meal. I said ok, and thank you very much. I stayed waiting for my meal, as I came in looking to buy food, and not a conversation. I seen the manager now talking to a male that seams to be the owner of the establishment. She then comes over to me and tells me I can leave now.I asked her can I please get my food, as I am waiting here for over 20min now for a chicken sandwich and friesShe tells me no that she gave me a refund, and now I must leave!!I said really this is how u treat ur customers that come here to buy your food with their hard earned money ?She said she was sorry and I have to leave now !!I said wow to her keeping my cool the whole time. I am now at A&W eating my chicken sandwich and fries that took 3.5 mins to get !!! I have never had such a bad experience in my life !And I usually don’t even write reviews like this what so ever……. But this is the only way I feel that they can hear my frustrations, because they sure don’t listen to their customers face to face.I’m am still in shock but this whole incident ! And nothing has been done about it !!! I would give less stars if possible, but I can’t
