I tried their spicy pork lunch special and was initially doubtful about the boba drink. However, the pearls were incredible—the brown sugar gave them a rich caramel taste that really stood out. The drink itself was fairly standard, but the pearls took it to the next level. The rice was mixed with a bit of purple rice, in true Korean style, and cooked perfectly—not sticky or overly wet like sushi rice often is with stir-fry dishes. You can’t say anything here isn’t fantastic when the price alone is unbeatable. Even better, the guy working there is super chill and really puts effort into the service. Don’t believe me? Come see for yourself! $1.50 for a soda, and yes, he even has cherry coke! That says it all. Please support this great little spot and keep it busy.
