Hana Sushi (central Location At Mission)

We got take out and enjoyed all the rolls. The ingredients tasted fresh and flavor was good. The deep fried items were delicious and the way it was packed didn 't make them soggy. By the time we got home they were still crispy. The yam fries were more like cut up yam tempura but still very yummy. Loved the sauces that were on top of the 'fries '. We didn 't like the ramen though. The pieces of bbq pork were really thick. We 're used to our bbq pork being sliced thinly for ramen. Don 't think we 'll order the ramen again. We loved the katsu. The pork was cut up which made it super easy to eat. Loved that there were onions fried in with the eggs. Each bite was layered rice, egg/onion mix and pork. Delish.

Wonderful Japanese Sushi that gets back to the basics. They don't have a flashy menu and the quality is amazing! The Salmon was so fresh tasting. We got their platter for two and it was plenty enough for the three of us! If the one dish we shared is an indication of quality then I am sure that you need to try every dish here. Although their miso could have used more tofu the flavour was amazing. Prices were great too! Very reasonable for such good quality. Atmosphere was very quiet and intimate. The decor was great! This is a gem in the West and its proximity to the train makes it even better.

We?ve ordered from this location a few times during the pandemic, and agree with what most have said about the slower wait times. Tonight when we ordered. The order was only delayed by 10 minutes, so not that big of a deal. (We picked up for 4:30 though). The food was delicious, and we feel we got great value from the large portions. We did ask for extra chopsticks (to avoid having shared utensils), which was not provided, but all in all, very worth it. Edit: We?ve found that the quality and quantity of the food has decreased. Was fairly disappointed the last time we went there.

I took out lunch from Hana Sushi Sirocco location and noticed they forgot to pack the Tempura I ordered when I got home. I was somewhat disappointed despite the rest of the lunch was delicious. However they called me back right away, apologized and offer me options to make up for their mistake. The great customer service definitely turned me into a fan of Hana Sushi! I will definitely go back there!

This is our local go to sushi restaurant! Safe to say we frequent it at least a few times a month. Prices are very reasonable, portions are fair and service is friendly. The seafood is fresh. The roll options provide something for everyone my daughter especially loves the deep fried California roll and teriyaki chicken roll! If you prefer veggie options, the A&A role is my personal favourite. If you do takeout, their site offers a discount every time you order. Take the family and enjoy!
