My orders are always consistent, other locations tend to put too much rice in my bowl and not enough veggies but I always get a consistent Oaxaca bowl from this location.This location does get really busy. I always get my lunch before or after the rush. I would assume that this would contribute to the quality of what I get every time too since the staff is not rushed.Update: the main manager stopped showing up here and the manager/supervisor who took over advised me incorrectly on sauces and items on their menu that contain gluten(newly diagnosed). She had a food guide behind the counter that she looked at but when I asked, she didn’t let me look for myself. She was offended that I didn’t trust her so I trusted her and went with her recommendation.I went back to talk to her the next day, I reacted and went online to find the food guide. She was extremely defensive and denied ever advising me. She was laughing and rolling her eyes walking back to the cash.I have returned. The portion sizes had gone down and so did consistency and I have not been back since.

Staff are always polite and smiling. Have been eating here for 2 years, and the food is consistently excellent. They are also extremely quick with making your food, and always willing to fix it if anything is incorrect. Thank you, you guys are great!

I’ve tried various Freshii’s over the city, but I have to say this location is the best so far! The staff were pleasant, friendly and recommended the dishes we ordered, and the food was fresh indeed (pun intended)! I ordered the teriyaki twist and the bamboo bowls. My entire family (including my picky kids) couldn’t get enough! I will be recommending this location to anyone who would want a quick, fresh and healthy option!

Took it back and asked for a refund and they told me to come ba... read more Ordered Buddha Satay bowl and 1/4 way through my bowl I noticed a long piece of bright red hair. Took it back and asked for a refund and they told me to come back because they don’t have the authority to give refunds back. Had to make another trip. What establishment doesn’t have a protocol in place for refunds so client can get a same day refund. The manager works 10-1pm... 3 hours?!? Their apology was disingenuous typical of minimum wage employees who don’t care. Will not being going back and letting my colleagues knowing my terrible experience.
