We had dinner at 00 Pizza (double zero). It is such a delicious high end pizzeria. Unfortunately the downtown location was closing the week I was there. I want to say a big thanks to our server, Oleksandra. She made our dining experience one that I will truly never forget. Went there for lunch. Service was so bad that the server even said he wasn't very good at this? 25$ for a flank steak and the side is a garden salad. It was a salad with just lettuce. I can get a 25$ steak ANYWHERE IN THIS CITY WITH A real salad included as a first course. His about giving a real side! My wife and I came for lunch. We asked to sit at kitchen bar. They said no problem so we were able to watch chefs make food orders. Very professional kitchen staff and friendly. Service was good. We shared pizzas and were very nice...crispy and light crust. Thank you I will be back
The location is located on the 2nd level, from the 1. Level is accessible unless you can not climb stairs, then you need to 2. Go level and go through a back service entrance labyrinth to reach the back door entrance. While it is accessible, it is a coveted walk where you hope you will go the right direction. Food is great to get to the place, not so much. Website could provide clarity.

I mean don't hurt your profit margins by putting in a friggin onion piece. Just a joke. Don't go anywhere near the place unless every other restaurant in the city is full. And maybe they should train their servers!
Decent sit down pizza place if you're at the mallThe first time I visited, the pizza was a bit underwhelming.
Didn't care for the atmosphere. Boom Boom music and way to bright and sterile for me. Steak was done well and the calamari was good too. Service was very good and food came out fresh and hot.

As always, the pizza was fantastic! I also tried the new pizza for Pizza Fest week, and it was definitely worth it.
I was disappointed to find that they don't offer gluten-free pizza crust or gluten-free pasta.
The food was fantastic, but the service was quite slow. It felt like ages waiting for our drinks, and the same went for the appetizers and main courses. Even getting our after-dinner coffees took a significant amount of time.
Great place to dine with affordable prices. Service and ambience is 5 out of 5. Greatly recommended.
Great happy hour! Delicious crust. I enjoyed dinner and my expresso martini was also great.
