Staff are friendly a... read more I’ve only visited during the weekdays and found its a calm environment, it’s not too crowded or loud. I like the hot chocolate and cookies. Staff are friendly and enjoy their work. My favourite thing of course is the cats! I love that cat room is limited to your booking only and the price is fair too. You can walk-in but there might not be openings. To reserve a slot you have to phone, I wish they had online booking.
