Best Viet noodles I ever had in Calgary. Great service though it seemed like a busy Friday dinner. Hugggge bowl and I definitely love their meat and broth Highly recommend! View all feedback.
What Sigríkur Eðvarðs doesn't like about Blue Ocean Vietnamese Restaurant:
there was lunch like it was eating noodles. my partner had a garnel soup with noodles and ordered extra garnelen. quite skating on the garnel and on the veg. I ordered soft noodles with bark and garnel and much of it, but the veg was huge... mosquitoes, too big for crumbs and bites and it was almost raw. View all feedback.
Because this restaurant is a block from my home, I very regularly order the seafood satay noodle soup (
We had a really nice meal here.__I can't speak to the pho since I don't eat beef or pork but their spring rolls and grilled chicken on vermicelli was
The salad rolls and Pho were very good and the service was prompt at five-ish on a Wednesday evening. The prices were reasonable.
I have eaten here a couple of times and find the food better than average. The first time I had beef and spring roll on vermicelli, and this time I had their special vermicelli with a variety of meats. Both times I have been quite pleased with my meals. I will be back.
My girlfriend and I ordered delivery from Blue Ocean using skipthedishes. We tried the Tomyum Chicken Noodle Soup, Satay Beef Noodle Soup, Won-Ton Chicken Soup and Chicken Salad Rolls. We also tried the coconut and taro bubble tea. It was all very good but the won-ton soup was a bit different because the won-tons were deep fried and seemed to get quite soggy with the broth.I will definitely be using this restaurant as one of my go to's for Vietnamese soup but probably won't be getting the won-ton soup from here anytime soon.
