Awesome donairs. Best I've had in the city. Jimmys is good but so far north and they seem expensive. Aidas is super good. Always fresh, very generous with toppings and they have a size for everyone! The king is massive!! Staff has always been really nice to us. Thanks Aidas! View all feedback.
What Sampada Sharma doesn't like about Aida's Donair:
OK place to get and go. But, the donair was a bit too dry, big, but seemed like the meat had been sitting out too long. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. View all feedback.
Wife and daughter love their food. I find it expensive. Food is ready quickly and that’s nice to be able to run in and get a few wraps to go in just a few minutes.

Aida’s Donair is located on McKenzie Town High St. SE. Calgary. By accident, my boyfriend and I found this restaurant. It’s a small restaurant. People who can eat in and take food to go. We were there in the afternoon around 3 pm.The restaurant was nice and clean. We’ve ordered a small beef donair to share. The server took our order and began to make our donair. After about 2 or 3 minutes waiting, our donair came out. We took the donair to go. We ate the donair at home. The beef was so soft and the sauce was very tasty. The price of the donair was so cheap. It’s a great restaurant to go.
It's worth a try if you like donair but if you dont then its not worth it.
We both thought the beef donairs were good and they had no problem building mine like I like it with extra sweet sauce (if it doesn't have sweet sauce, it's not a donair) and no tomatoes. We ate in at lunch time. Service was acceptable and there were no complaints about the seating. I think there are some better donairs in town, but if you are in McKenzie Towne, Aida's is not bad for a quick lunch.
