Don't judge, but our menu for 2 was: - wedge salad - chicken fried lobster - prime rib - truffle mac and cheese - mushrooms - a side of bernaise and
I think reading all the hype may have bolstered this place to such lofty expectations that I was bound to be let down by reality.
My wife and I stopped here for dinner a couple of nights ago The service was excellent! Our server brought a meat board explaining the cuts of beef.
We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch menu (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!
Really the best chinese food of my life! The shrimp toast was aromatic and the outer flakes. The shrimp lo mein and spicy shrimp with peanuts were also great dishes. Our waitress managed not to make both dishes hot, but to keep all the flavors. Even the tea was fragrant and incredible. We'll be back.
