A friend and I shared lunch at Royale this past Friday and it was a lovely experience! To start we enjoyed a delicious glass of wine and a cocktail, then shared a few dishes tapas style including the Heirloom Tomatoes, Steamed Mussels and grilledChinook Salmon. I had a reservation with a group (party of 6) of friends at 6:00pm and could get out at about 9:30 pm. The service was so slow between the entree and the main course, that I had already lost appetite by the time I got it. I ordered the lamb (top $ main course) and it wasn't tasty at all. I absolutely adore this place! The ambiance is amazing, the service was outstanding, and the food, incredible! I opted for the Salmon Avocado toast for brunch, even though I usually don't go for fish, and it was beyond delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The food at this restaurant was excellent, the outdoor seating area was fantastic, the service was fantastic, the menu was intriguing, and all of my friends had a great time. Overall, it was definitely a five-star dining experience.
