I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop at KFC on my way to my mom's house. I ordered the 6-piece chicken strips combo, but when I got to my mom's place, the chicken strips were extremely dry and tough to bite into. The fries were also dry and hard. I tried calling the restaurant, but nobody picked up. I paid $9.99 for this! It felt like the food had been sitting under the heat lamps all day. Disappointing experience in Calexico.
As always, KFC deserves a full 5 stars from me! I notice every detail, from how clean the place is to the quality of the staff’s customer service. This KFC in Calexico, like all the others I’ve been to, continues to impress me. Keep up the excellent work, KFC, and stay just the way you are! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I visited the KFC drive-thru in Calexico today and ordered the chicken tenders combo, specifically asking for corn and mashed potatoes. The woman at the window confirmed my order correctly, but I received corn and mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes. She also asked which condiments I wanted, yet none were provided. It’s frustrating to be asked for preferences only to have them overlooked.
Excellent customer service, consistently the best. No delays in taking your order. Friendly and welcoming staff. The food is always fresh and perfectly prepared. Delicious meals that truly deserve high praise. They make you feel right at home.
