They didn't offer us many options, just what they wanted to sell. It seems like the motivation for good service has disappeared.

I'd give this place three stars because I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and the Big Carl burger I received was surprisingly small, more like a Little Carl. They handled the situation well when I pointed it out, but the long wait and the smaller burger were disappointing. They did give me extra fries, which I assume was to compensate for the delay.
