Briseida's kitchen is the top spot for authentic Mexican cuisine in the valley. As someone with severe food allergies (especially to high preservatives), I am always cautious about eating out. Despite arriving last minute when Briseida was about to close, she graciously prepared fresh handmade tortillas for me. The mole sauce was absolutely incredible - truly a cut above the rest. Briseida's has quickly become my new favorite dining destination.
