Everything is carefully thought through and the execution is flawless--some of the best fish cooking we have had in Italy (or anywhere). A spectacular fritto misto, each item beautifully cooked, was probably the highlight, but everything was equally well judged. The service was very warm and civilised, as well. This place deserves to be much better known.
