So among the usual range, Txakoli comes as a different option. Minimalist décour with a few Basque touches provides the backdrop to the true centrepiece the bar laden with the mini culinary wonders that are pintxos. Stand at the bar for one or two washed down with a red Rioja, white Txakoli or even a beer. That's what you do in the Basquelands.
