While I was waiting in line, I saw an employee handling the food in the pizza warmer without any gloves, touching the food with her bare hands! I had already asked for a piece of pizza, but once I noticed her touching the food, I changed my mind. When I pointed it out to her, she insisted that I was mistaken, which I found unbelievable. I told her that I had seen her do it, and she still denied it. I was really put off by the experience. This place has some serious issues. I wish there were a better alternative nearby.

The cookies are baked, but the pi... read more I've visited this Crosby location at least three times, and each time I attempted to order food, it seemed old and overcooked. The cookies are baked, but the pizza and calzone are stale and dry. This place really needs a staff change.
