Wendy's - Caledonia

The food was mediocre and the service was average. I ordered a Junior Cheese Deluxe. The worst part was waiting over 30 minutes, despite being third in line (I ended up being fourth by the time I ordered). I usually leave when I see a long line, but I misjudged this time.

The service was friendly, but upon arrival, there were no customers and the restaurant was dirty. There were spilled drinks near the area where servers get their straws and lids, as well as sticky tables with dried ketchup. It was hard to find a clean table to eat at, but I managed to find a clean corner. Although the food was fine, the inconsistency of the dining area made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen where the staff prepared the food.

Our server was polite and friendly, and took our order promptly. The only issue was that my fries were warm, not hot and freshly fried, and the table next to us was dirty. Other than that, the food was tasty and enjoyable.

I love wendys, but this one is the worst. I had nothing other than problems, from the ordering of a coke and the recovery of root beer to order a coke and it has no carbonization (today) it is slow and the orders wrong. only terrible

Actually typing this while I sit on my 18th minute in their drive thru. Saturday morning, 2 cars in front of me. I’ve watch 3 cars leave the line because of the wait. I ordered 3 coffees……it’s going to be 20 mins for 3 coffees…..is there a literal turtle operating this establishment? Worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had.
