Little Caesars Pizza - Caledonia

Pepperoni puffs were old and they completely missed the crazy bread on our order.

Little Caesars in general is a good place for cheap pizza at a relatively cheap price. I have gone to this location many times since moving to Brantford last year and I enjoyed it a lot until I started noticing they would charge me extra, and the straw that broke the camel 's back was when the cashier charged me extra because I asked for the walk in combo that was heavily advertised at the time and she charged me for full price saying they do not upsell their promotional items and specifically that one despite there being a advertisement billboard outside the plaza showing off the deal for well over a month or two. The manager made the cashier correct the issue but still it was terrible customer service and I do not plan to return. I am normally very patient and I do not go tossing around bad reviews for no reason. It just felt like a blatant attempt at theft, and at the very least it came across as a lot of disrespect towards the customer and to me that is inexcusable. Give it a try if you want cheap food, and have hit and miss service but there are much better value pizza places around town in my opinion!

Always reliable! Pizza is always ready. That is, the Hot n Ready is always hot, and ready. Never had to wait more than a minute. And it's cooked perfectly, kids prefer it over any other restaurant pizza. .

Had a wonderful experience, despite the fact of a mistake I had a great experience. The staff was able to communication the issue and provide details on wait time and had apologized multiple times.Not sure who I was dealing with as they do not have name tags but she handled the situation very well. What great customer service.
