Deborah served me at Drive-Thru and was amazing. She is a great example of someone who provides an incredible experience. Lovely lady who made my day. People's expectations are far too high for McDonald's or any fast food restaurant for that matter. McDonald's is always...busy anywhere, so if you have somewhere to be, go somewhere else! What Joelle Wunsch doesn't like about McDonalds:
My family of five stopped at this McDonald's on our way home. We were disappointed to find that the restaurant was extremely dirty and disorganized. It took them more than 20 minutes to complete an order that would normally only take about three minutes. Every table was covered in food and residue. The bathrooms were also in poor condition. It felt like we were in a developing country. If you're traveling north on Hi... View all feedback.

People complain that the floors are not mopped, then they complain they need more staff in the back because their food took too long. Only one person can do so much! Employees, you're doing great. Deborah gave me a great experience and you can expect me to return :
Do not stop here. Took 20 minutes to get 2 McFlurrys, was not busy. Very dirty inside and staff standing around doing nothing.
This restaurant was recently opened a few years ago, but there are no longer any valid excuses for their poor service, incorrect orders, and constant outages of items. This establishment requires significant training and management improvements in order to meet any expectations.
However, to my surprise, two hours later and 100 km away, I noticed a charge for a McChicken sandwich and fries on my receipt. I had never ordered a McChicken sandwich in my life. I immediately called the McDonald's and sent a message, but when I followed up at 6:30 the next morning, I was informed that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to deal with the charge on my credit card. The $7.89 I was charged may not be a significant amount, but the lack of resolution and the fact that they were unwilling to rectify the mistake left me feeling disappointed. I recommend seeking out other McDonald's locations instead of risking being taken advantage of at the Caledon branch.
Thru here is always very slow. they seem to have enough personal, but service is always slow
