Bolton Pizza Panini - Caledon

The veals are amazing, we had the rice balls and pasta with the white sauce food was all fantastic. The service is great and staff is amazing

I came here for lunch and enjoyed fried Bruschetta, Calamari, and two types of Panini. The food was fantastic. The Calamari was generously sized, crispy, and well-seasoned. The Paninis were huge - one with pepperoni and bacon, and the other with pepperoni and mushrooms, with extra dipping sauce. My three Italian friends loved their big pasta with meatballs and Panini. They also serve Brio Chinotto. I wish they had a different brand of sausage. The restaurant is bright and clean, with a TV and 13 tables. The service was great.

We enjoyed a delicious meal of personal custom pizzas. There were generous amount of a la carte toppings. Note. If you order the pizza topping it takes more than half hour. Our server was personable and efficient.

Really wanted to like the place. Our server was very pleasant but the food took forever and she never did come by to see how our food was or even to takeaway our plates. She knew someone who had come in and that seemed to...take up her attention. We had to flag her down for our bill. Three of us had panzerotti and we all agreed that it was just okay. The sauce to go with it was essentially tasteless- how did they do that?? Don't think I would bother go back.

Busy place but that's a good sign isn't it??We ordered an array of food and it was all delicious!! Honestly loved it and our server was awesome.We liked it so much we ordered a pizza to take home.They even suggested under cooking as its for tomorrow.Brilliant!!We'll be back.
