The Chicken Factory - Caldwell

I recently placed a catering order for an employee evaluation at work, and I was thoroughly impressed. The owner was attentive, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes pride in the restaurant. We had a set budget and several specific requests regarding packaging, delivery, and the variety of food. Not only were all our requests met, but the food also arrived in warming boxes, included more dishes than we anticipated, and was delivered exactly on time. Everyone loved the food, and the staff was thrilled to hear we would be having chicken and sides instead of our usual options, making a long and busy Sunday much more enjoyable. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on, and I'm confident that many of my colleagues who haven't tried the Chicken Factory yet will also become fans. On a side note, the macaronisalate is absolutely phenomenal. I'm so glad we have plenty of it!

I really enjoy dark meat chicken, and they offer a selection of 8 pieces consisting of thighs and drumsticks. It was a generous portion, and everything was absolutely delicious. We also ordered fries and onion rings, which were served in a large quantity and were very tasty as well. The staff were friendly and the menu had a great variety. Next time, I’m definitely going to try the chicken soup!

I visited for the first time since the soft opening. I ordered the three-piece meal with onion rings, which was absolutely delicious. The chicken is hand-breaded, featuring a large, crispy skin and juicy meat. I can’t wait to try the beans on my next visit. During the soft opening, I had some other offerings that included fries.

We stopped yesterday and 12 pieces. The chicken was very good and it was delicious. The only thing is that we should get more sauce with the chicken. We have a small honey mustard and a Bbq sauce for 12 pieces. You should give us at least 3 of any kind. The prices are good.

Couldn't wait for the chicken factory to open. Finally just had our first meal tonight. I'm very picky about my fried chicken I don't like A peppery or spicy coating and this chicken was PERFECT, Delicious and juicy. Will definitely order from them again. Nice job chicken Factory!
