We have ordered from this restaurant twice in the past month and both times our sandwiches were made incorrectly. After trying to contact the store directly, we were told that someone would call us back, but we never received a response.
I had a coupon for 3 subs for $17, but when I went to use it, the cashier said it wasn't working without any explanation. The coupon had not expired, but she still refused to accept it. Overall, the service was very poor. I ordered takeout for dinner.
