The selection of flavors here is very good. There are many flavors and toppings to choose from, and I think they are all very good. However, the person serving us was very slow. He was mumbling and we could barely understand. He also had much trouble understanding what we wanted. It took him about 15 minutes for 2 scoops and 3 toppings. I recently bought a cake for my boyfriend?s birthday and it was so amazing we got another the next day at Shoprite because this store was closed and the store bought cake was no where near as good a the one I got from the West Caldwell Carvel!!! So fresh! Definitely going here from now on!
I has a big order which was 120 ice cream sandwiches and a small cake this order was called in on Friday July 23, and everything was ready for me to pick up on Saturday July 24, 2021. The young man that took my order was so nice he called me back with the total amount and to my surprise I was giving a discount. Those ice cream sandwiches were fresh and pack just right I will be doing more business with you guys. Thank you
Went in for a birthday cake. Very friendly employees and nice selection of ice cream cakes. No issues.Just fast friendly service.
I usually go here on my lunch break for a little pick me up during the week. Everyone here is always friendly and fast. I look forward to my Carvel trip every week because of the employees helpful nature and their very good milkshakes. :
