as it was understandably busy, passing by a Friday dinner. two women work and a scream “like many fish” as soon as they rise above the threshold. I personally think the part was small and expensive £6 for fish and chips. the personal. was so badly tempered, impatient and rude. it is also very naughty that they add 10p to their bill for a bag, regardless of whether they ask for one or not. I've felt this place has been going downhill for a while now and this time I've been totally put off from returning. One portion of fish and chips was small, with what looked like a mixture of old and new chips. They were different colours...and textures. I got a separate fish for my Daughter and it was the smallest I've ever seen from a fish and chip shop. The bread cake that came with my son's fish was quite hard on the bottom and fat had penetrated the fish making it hard in places.

So I'm working on call and I have half hour to spare and I'm hungry so I see this fish and chip shop quick solution so I thought not so quick after all.so out of my half hour I waited nearly 20 mins just for...a tray of chips in the end I ended up walking out.the lady on the counter was slower than a snail and the fish fryer needed to get a personality transplant.looked like she had been slapped by one of her own fish.no sorts to the 7 people why it was taking so long.a woman had a big order for kids meal and all that so what did the fish fryer do.just stood there watching the other lady struggle and still not frying anything.ive been in here a couple of times and every time these two lady's are on it's a waiting game.scrap the staff and get more cheerful ones in who are willing to have a conversation with ya while your waiting.can safely say won't be going back here again.never been so disappointed in customer service as I was when I went in Tonight dreadful awful
