The service on WhatsApp is terrible, I'm not asking you to be nice to the client, I'm just asking you to respond good afternoon, good night.... A little courtesy with the client doesn't hurt, I hope the owner trains those who attend the WhatsApp to do it in a more friendly way is that not even a bot responds like the one that answers that number.
