I speak of the only welcoming and precious environment, cared for in detail, that welcomes and exalts an ancient crusher, perfectly preserved. the service offered, in line with the best expectations, and the lunch, obviously unusual, with particularly pleasant snacks of great class. the owner, loquace and available, manages to involve all his guests entertaining them with ancient and modern events, proposing virtuous escursus of all kinds. an appreciated experience that gained the total car walk 200 km from ancona. a last record: excellent value for money in the degotation menu.
A very small place from an ancient mill of 1500, a 12-course menu linked to the medieval Marche tradition and an exceptional guest: these premises for an evening that turned out to be surprising. a journey to the discovery of ancient recipes, every flow served and told with care and passion. all very good from appetizer to dessert. I absolutely recommend booking a table to get a convivial dinner if with friends, romantic if in couple. only has 5 tables. It was a good night. Quality-price really great. I hope I can come back.
