Domino's Pizza - Calcutta

There are always great deals, the staff is consistently friendly, and the food is delicious.

I've had both good and bad experiences at this restaurant. On Monday, I ordered six pizzas six hours in advance for a family gathering before visiting a relative in the hospital. When I arrived to pick them up, they weren't ready yet. To make matters worse, my order was completely wrong, and the manager was quite rude. He mentioned that he would refund me in Domino's credit, but when I called back to check, there was no credit available. I spent 20 minutes trying to resolve the issue with another manager, but when I called again, I had to explain everything from the beginning. She promised to call me back in a few days, but it felt very unprofessional. I won't be returning.

When I arrived at the restaurant, I waited a few minutes before a young man approached me with a terrible attitude. He started to handle things in a very unprofessional manner, which only frustrated me more. I told him that he didn't have to treat me this way and that he should act more responsibly. Eventually, a young woman came over to assist me with my refund. I asked her three times for the names of the staff members who had been rude, and finally, she told me one of their names, though I couldn’t tell if she was being truthful. I have never experienced such rudeness in my life! This young man needs a serious lesson in customer service. If he worked for me, he would have been fired on the spot! I made it clear that I intended to contact the business and would be speaking to the manager tomorrow. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again until their customer service improves!

The quality of the pizza varies to much for it too be given a 5 star

Most time my food from here is well made and hot! the mix and the game for 6.99 is what didn't let me go to another pizza place and makes dominos even better! hands down fav pizza place in the city!
