Nice staff, very polite and thoughtful. Clean room (our AC only heated the room, but that was a small inconvenience). Breakfast was very good and fresh. You have a luggage storage to hold while we tour the city.

Great for a short stay. We stayed one night in a room for three. The sleeping arrangement is neat with the bunk bed above the double bed. I personally felt that the bathroom was too small and I'm not a big person. The shower, however, was a good size room, but the shower head shot water in unforeseeable directions and took a bit accustomed.

Definitely our worst experience in Chile especially they claim that they have paid transfer from the airport, but when I asked one, they replied that I can take a taxi myself. The check-in procedure is maximum bureaucratic and lasted half an hour waiting for all papers and the same questions asked again. Most employees do not speak English. And in the end they paid me 45000 CLP instead of 38000, which was during the booking. Toilets are too small to close into the door

Room was fine and as promised. Don't waste your time checking in online. Check in took forever and when it came time to pay I was almost charged $20 more than our booking price. I had to connect to Wi-Fi and pull up my booking confirmation to get the correct price. They booked us a taxi to the airport in the morning and it was $2000 CLP than the going price.
