A very warm welcome, excellent cuisine, delectable desserts, and impeccable service. We ordered sole that was perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth tender, accompanied by tender vegetables and an excellent, creamy risotto. The scallops were seared just barely, not overcooked, so they were perfectly tender, served with a delicious pan-fried mushroom medley. As for the desserts, they were simply divine. Go without hesitation. We will definitely return on our next trip to Calais.
