La Sole Meuniere Restaurant - Calais

An excellent restaurant; I had the only Meunière that is her signature court. It was absolutely delicious! The mousse au chocolat was amazing and they only bring you two huge bowls, one with dark and the other with white chocolate mousse and you help yourself!

We have visited this restaurant sporadically for many years now. Everytime we visit we are never disapointed. The food, service and atmosphere are excellent. The decor msy have changed but the quality is the same. Pierre Nuchi should ge very proud of his restaurant. We hope to ge back soon

My friend l had a meal last week and it was so good, I'll write a review. The whole meal was excellent, from ambience to service, the menu wine selection and food. The portions were sufficient, from the size of juicy steak fish to the balance of vegetables served with the middle piece of the net. The deserts were not too sweet and the Armagnac rounded off our meals. I will always return when I return to Calais at night.

Food was very good and I was tempting to give 5 stars ... But the service just reduced my score to min. Its terrible. Waiting for everything was too long... And servers were ignoring us. We've waited 1.5h for a bill.
